April Harrison is the Senior Manager of Training and Business Development for the American Association of Airport Executives. She has over 20 years’ experience managing organizational and employee performance. Prior to joining AAAE, April worked as the Performance Manager for the Cleveland Airport System (CAS). In this role, she worked to improve processes that supported positive performance outcomes, fostering best-in-class operational initiatives for Cleveland Hopkins International and Burke Lakefront Airports. April is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from Cleveland State University. Additionally, April is community service-driven, has a passion for traveling and attending theatrical performances.
