Amy Calliari is the Vice President of Professional Development for the American Association of Airport Executives. She left the health and fitness industry in 2010 to join the AAAE Membership and Accreditation Department. In 2017 Amy transitioned out of the Membership Department to focus on AAAE’s esteemed Accreditation and Certification programs, where she enjoys helping candidates achieve their professional development goals and bringing enhancements to AAAE’s diverse educational offerings. Since coming to AAAE, Amy has earned awards for outstanding external and internal customer service and excellence in innovation. Amy has previously served the Association as the staff liaison for the AAAE Academic Relations Committee, where she helped create the Student Career Fair, now held annually, and a Careers in Aviation video. She has also participated in many internal committees including the Activity Committee, Staff Recognition Committee, Recruitment Team, and iMIS Early Adopters. Amy is originally from Columbus, Ohio, where she obtained a Marketing degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
