Pat Raker holds the position of Senior Vice President, Training and Technology Services at the American Association of Airport Executives. In this role, he heads the IET and On Site Training departments, oversees new product development and sales and is responsible for both department budgets. After thirteen years in broadcast television, Pat joined AAAE in 1998 as an editor/videographer, and is the first recipient of the association’s President’s Award. In 2004 he received the Most Valuable Player award and was recognized with the Heavy Hitter award for two consecutive years in 2010 and 2011. While managing people is part of his job, his real passion lies in challenging and empowering those around him to excel, achieve and exceed their professional goals.
